Twenty-four 1-on-1 Personal Training Session / Personalised training sessions tailored to your goal
This will be performed at a time agreed upon by Josh and the client. Using the information you provide me, I will create a training session for you to suit your goals and ability. This session will be 1 hour long. A usual session will be broken down into a 5-minute warm-up, 45-minute main session, and a 5-minute cool-down / review.

One of the main challenges individuals often struggle with when finishing a personal training programme is that they lack direction, understanding, and ability to make correct or smart decisions. This ultimately comes down to a lack of knowledge within the fields of health, fitness, and nutrition and over the years it is becoming a recurring theme that individuals come out of programmes with the same amount of knowledge in which they began with.
Fortunately, I do not leave any of my clients in the dark. I wholeheartedly believe that to make successful change, not only do you have to put in the physical effort, but also the mental, learning effort that will enable you to become more self-reliant in the future. The Learning Hub is a resource that compiles what I believe to be ‘essential’ learning for individuals looking to improve their health, fitness, and nutrition.

Using my expertise in nutrition and performance nutrition, I will provide you with a recommended 12-week diet plan to assist in your long-term goal, whether that be to lose weight or gain muscle mass. Note: This plan is entirely based on recommendation and is not designed to treat any medical condition. To receive specialised diet assistance, you should be referred onto a registered dietitian.
I will even chuck in a weekly grocery list to coincide with your 12 week diet plan so there is no need to waste time drawing one up yourself!
Health Screening Assessment
Our first session will be a health screening assessment so I can determine your initial fitness level. This will help me provide a more specialised service to your needs and abilities. We will complete a health screening questionnaire, vital signs assessment, movement screening analysis, body weight measurement, girth measurements, postural assessment, movement analysis, and flexibility analysis.
